Honestly speaking, I do not know where do I start or what to write. I have so many ideas in my mind, I even jotted down to take notes but none of these matters right now. I can’t think straight, my emotions are on a roller coaster. I think it has something to do with hormone issues as I have miscarried before the year ends.
I don’t want to welcome my new year with dramas, but I have to honor my feelings. This is what I am feeling right now, it’s okay to feel it, but not to dwell on it. As of a moment I will SURRENDER. Right now I’m completely letting go. I want to love each moment for what it is. I want to allow instead of resisting. I want to sit among nature with nothing to do besides amazed at her beauty. I want to eat foods without feeling guilty. I want to breathe deeply. I want ease and joy. Most of all, I want love.
I will take my time to heal not just physically but also emotionally. While doing this, I have collected some inspirations from awesome people and I want to share it with you.
I wanted to embed the post from Kristina from her Facebook account, but it’s not working so I print screen instead. The mantras are so powerful and inspirational that I even copy it on my journal.
From the amazing Kris Carr.

I appreciate your openness.
I remember author, Brene Brown has always reminding people that it is okay to be vulnerable, because eventhough vulnerability sometimes result to pain or shame… this is also the birth place of the things we are all hungry for like love, joy, happiness…
As for me, 2014 has not been that good also. Been hospitalized twice, my mom has been hospitalized thrice. My relationship struggled last year, and I’ve been really starting to feel that I am not happy with my work anymore (or the idea of working in the corporate world).
But despite that (cliche as this may sound), I still choose to be positive and happy.
And for that, cheers for the best year for us 2015. Lets all claim it hehehe

Take your time. Enjoy every bit of it of letting go of yourself of all your inadequacies, infirmities, and weaknesses as a human being. Everyone has his own incapacitating way of life. Nothing worthy to achieve or work on, unless you invigorate yourself after feeling confused, perplexed or whatever. – Gil Camporazo

How to begin or where to start is the usual a beginner-writer may encounter. And this is what I’ve read from your beginning statement. You know what is the secret is: write all your thoughts, all that come to your mind and organize them later. So you’ve started it off. (Gil Camporazo)

Pain is a reminder of our humanity. Not everything in life would go our way and not everyone would want to be or stay in our life. Still, we should embrace even the most searing of pains because that’s how we become stronger and more grateful for all blessings, big or small. I wish you a happier and brighter 2015!

It is good that you are willing to let go because that is what you need to do. I know it is not easy but sometimes letting go and moving forward is the only way. All the best for 2015 and for more years to come Jess.

I love what you said about honoring your feelings. As much as we do not want to appear dramatic, there are just some feelings that need to be expressed. Nevertheless, you look like you are ready to conquer 2015. Let 2015 be our best year ever. happy new year! -katrina centeno

You’re firm and determined to “honor your feelings” for you don’t like to dramatize them. The point here is how? Worthy thoughts unshared are useless. Productive ideas unexposed are ineffective. Or talks and talks without doing them are nonsense. Thus, you’ve to express your feelings. Let everyone knows it either they’re going to appreciate them or curse them. Be in yourself and for sure, you’ll be happy about it. (Gil Camporazo)
